This was a fantastic stay at the property! The owner, Kelly made all possible effort to make it special - you can expect a great, heart warming welcoming and fantastic experience during your stay. It starts with small snacks, hotel size diapers like body wash or lotion etc. so you almost do not need anything for your stay until a wonderful breakfasts we have got. There is no better way to start a day but with tasty home made breakfast and coffee with freshly (daily!) made muffins! As Kelly noticed that we prefer cappuccino she brought her own coffee machine to make us one. She even has a plan to change the back garden and add jacuzzi so watch the space. Huge thanks for a great stay Kelly and see you again during our trip to Hilo!

The place is clean and very comfy, there is a lot of love in all the details. Kelly is super nice and she makes you feel right at home. She has lots of tips on what to do and where to go and is very helpful. She also makes a great breakfast everyday and there's muffins, snacks, juice, etc available all the time. We really enjoyed spending two nights during our honeymoon here. There is a grocery store and gas station close by and a nice cove for snorkeling. Kelly’s rooms are in a cute and private house. There is access to a kitchen and the outdoor seating was great for evening wine sipping and book reading. We left before breakfast for a tour the first morning, but Kelly cheerfully accommodated my gluten intolerance and made us fantastic egg bowls with a cauliflower tortilla the second morning. The location was close to a highway, with a water view over some gorgeous lava cliffs about 10 min away and a fruit stand about 5 min away

It’s definitely not the standard bed and breakfast. The owner is very attentive to make your stay comfortable and provides all those kind of stuff and treats that can help you feel at home. The house is very clean, even the shared bathroom. You have access to the living room to watch tv or make yourself some tea/coffe or you can rest in the porch. Breakfast is every day a surprise, prepared with fresh ingredients and creativity.

Warm host, alert, engaged, and you can tell she enjoys what she does, and rethinking things to be even better. Loved seeing her baby pineapple plants, and soon she'll be serving up her own pineapple in the excellent breakfast she makes (tailor made to your preferences). If you need travel advice, she shares good tips. And if you wanted solitude, she would figure it out in a second, too.
